We understand that each individual has different needs for a granny flat or portable home. We believe that through the design stage and by considering each individual’s situation, we can provide a product that you will be happy with and can enjoy for a long period of time. We aim to keep the somewhat challenging building process simple. With an in-house draftsman and high-level software, we can provide customised plans at an affordable price with a quick turnaround time.

So how do you start?

Come visit us in our workshop with your concept drawing, and we can discuss the best way forward. A free concept drawing and estimation can be provided soon thereafter. If you’re happy with that, a Preparation of Plans Agreement is signed, where we gather all the relevant documentation and prepare for council approvals. We provide a Fixed Price Contract, which can also be used for finance approvals if required. When all approvals are received from the council, a Pre-Start meeting will be scheduled where you get to choose your colours, and we start building and preparing the site for installation.
