At Aussie Bush Cabins, we specialize in high-quality modular buildings. Are homes are full transportable, durable, stylish and hand built! Whether you need a granny flat, farm worker accommodation, or a remote project office, our cabins are designed to move with you.

Built for Transport

All our modular units are engineered with a heavy-duty steel base frame, ensuring structural integrity throughout the transportation process. This means each cabin remains rigid, safe, and intact when moved from our Milpara based manufacturing facility to your site.

Unlike traditional kit homes or relocatable units on wheels, our cabins are solid structures with concealed services and a permanent aesthetic.

The process of getting your home transported and installed

1. Design & Build

After a collaborative design consultation, we construct your cabin entirely at our facility in Milpara, WA. Each component, from steel framing to internal fit-out, is completed under one roof. In the photo below we are busy putting up the steel frame for a new build in our warehouse.

2. Load & Secure

Once complete, the cabin is craned or winched onto a specialized flatbed or drop-deck trailer. Our team ensures all securing points are reinforced, and the cabin is road ready.

3. Delivery to Site

Our transport partners, experienced in oversized modular loads, carry the building to your destination. Whether it’s a remote bush block or a suburban backyard, we coordinate access, permits, and escorts if required.

4. Installation & Services

On-site, the cabin is craned or rolled into position. We complete final connections to electricity, water, and waste as needed, along with any additional works like decking or ramps.

Equipment We Use

Prime Movers with Drop-Deck Extendable Trailers: Perfect for transporting large units up to 15m x 4m.

All-Terrain Cranes or Franna Cranes: Used for precise placement on tricky sites.

Escort Vehicles and Route Planning: We take care of all logistics for oversize loads across WA including oversize and height permits.

How difficult is it relocate to another area?

We build our homes with future relocations in mind. It’s simple to move from one location to another by following the process outlined below:

1. Disconnect utilities – water, power, additional services

2. Secure interior contents – remove internal furniture

3. Transport to your new site – Use a professional transport operator to lift and relocate the unit.
