Yes, our documentation targets NCC requirements for Class 1/10 dwellings. Final classification is determined by the permit authority/building surveyor.

We can design to meet the applicable AS 3959 bushfire construction requirements once a qualified BAL assessment is completed for your site. The BAL level (e.g., BAL—12.5, 19, 29) drives specific material and detailing upgrades.

Yes. We coordinate an energy assessment and tune the specification (insulation, glazing, sealing, shading) to meet the applicable NCC energy efficiency requirements for your building class and location. We aim to achieve a 7 Start outcome.

A lot. Floor-plan tweaks (e.g., moving walls, adding a study), window/door re-maps, kitchen/bath upgrades, and facade options are routine. Structural changes and major spans are subject to engineering and may affect cost/lead time.

Our base scope includes the fully finished cabin (structure, exterior cladding/roofing, internal linings, kitchen/bathroom fit-outs, electrical/lighting, plumbing fit-off to under-floor points). Exclusions typically include final service connections on site, planning fees (if applicable), septic/ATU systems, and site-specific works unless itemised.

Placement, levelling, tie-downs, cranage, and footings are priced additionally and finalised after a site visit (or sufficient photos/measurements) to validate access, lift method, and footing schedule.

Lead times move with approvals, selections, and our production programme. We’ll confirm a target slot at quote stage and lock dates at contract.

Yes. We service metro, regional, and remote WA.

Manufacturer warranties apply to key components, and we include a defined defects liability period. Full details are in your contract and specification schedule.
