On average, it takes between 2 and 2.5 months to build a new modular home. Keep in mind that building a cabin is just one part of the process. Afterwards, it must be transported to your location, foundations need to be laid, services connected, and installation completed.
What is the average time installation takes?
Installation takes one week on average. This depends on availability, scheduling, the distance of the build, and other factors.
Is the delivery time the same for all cabins?
In general, yes. However, there are certain situations where custom designs can take longer.
